At HIGHLAND FORGE COOKWARE LLC, our goal is to deliver your professional-grade kitchen essentials to your doorstep in the safest and most efficient manner possible. This policy outlines our logistical commitment to our valued customers.

TRANSIT DAMAGE & INSPECTION
Arrival Inspection: We recommend inspecting your cookware immediately upon arrival.
Reporting: If the outer packaging shows significant damage, please take photos before opening. Contact our support team within 7 days if the product inside has been compromised during transit.

FULFILLMENT & PROCESSING TIME
Quality control is our priority. Every order undergoes a meticulous inspection before leaving our facility.
Standard Processing: Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Operational Hours: Our fulfillment center is closed on weekends and U.S. Federal Holidays.
Status Updates: You will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email with a unique tracking number once your package is in the carrier’s possession.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA
We partner with a network of premium carriers to ensure reliable coverage across the United States.
Our Carriers: We utilize UPS, FedEx, and USPS to optimize delivery speed based on your geographical location.

DELIVERY ACCURACY & ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
To prevent delays, please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout.
Address Verification: We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO: While we strive to serve all addresses, some oversized cookware sets may require a physical street address for UPS/FedEx delivery. We will contact you if an address adjustment is needed.

TRACKING & PACKAGE SECURITY
Real-Time Tracking: Once your tracking number is active, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s system to update the initial status.
Marked as “Delivered” but Not Received: If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors or building management first. If it remains missing after 3 days, contact us at [email protected] so we can initiate a carrier investigation.
